TikTok returned for most users in the United States Sunday. The company said it was restoring services after President-elect Donald Trump gave assurances to the company’s service providers that they wouldn’t face penalties. The app only went dark for about 12 hours.
But the temporary outage leaves central Indiana social media influencers concerned about the future of TikTok, and if their followers will flee to other social media platforms.
